Microblading Services

A subtle, natural, and manual enhancement that creates fuller, more beautiful brows.

Initial Consultation

We provide a 30-minute, non-refundable consultation for $100. If you proceed with the procedure, the $100 is applied toward the cost of the treatment.

Each person has unique eyebrows and what we see as your ideal eyebrow might not be what you have in mind. So we will also take your photo so we can study your features’ symmetry to achieve a perfect eyebrow that suits your unique features.

Our goal is to both obtain symmetry and communicate realistic expectations. We will discuss the desired results, set expectations, and explain the procedure. If this procedure is a correction for existing work done by another artist, then we will discuss the best options.

Before the Treatment

  • It is advised that you do not make social plans on the same day of your treatment, since sensitive areas and delicate skin may become swollen or red.
  • You may wear your normal makeup on the day of the treatment. Upon arrival, the artist will remove makeup that is on the treatment areas. This prepares the skin for treatment
  • Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, or ibuprofen 24 hours before your treatment.
  • Do not drink coffee, alcohol, or energy drinks on the day of treatment.
  • Do not tan or sunbathe within 3 days before treatment. The tan will exfoliate, taking color with it as it fades.
  • No waxing! If you tint or wax your eyebrows, you must complete those treatments at least 3 days before the microblading treatment.
  • No chemical peels, dermabrasion, mesotherapy, or any other intense treatments. This will cause skin cells to rejuvenate faster, resulting in skin irritation. We recommend any of these to be done at least 2-3 weeks before microblading.
  • Prepare and/or wash your hair before the treatment. You will not be able to have direct contact with water on the area for 7 days.
  • Please note that you may be more sensitive to pain during your menstrual cycle.

What to Expect on the Day of Treatment

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment and call us if you are going to be late; treatment for late arrivals may be postponed to another day.
  • We clean your brow area with sterile, hygienic pads and draw the brow form on to your skin.
  • We take a photo that will show issues to be addressed.
  • We use a sterile microblading tool and disposable blade during your procedure.
  • We use EU-regulated permanent makeup with high quality pigments, specially manufactured for microblading

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a relatively new, manual method for shaping eyebrows that does not use a permanent makeup machine. It originated in Asia and has become very popular in the last few years all across the world. Microblading is also known as Manual Micro Stroking, Brow Micropigmentation, Manual Technique, Hand Method Eyebrow Permanent Makeup, Feather Brows, 3D-6D Brows, Cosmetic Tattooing, and Eyebrow Embroidery.

How is it done?

Microblading is done by using a unique hand instrument with a small row of very fine needles that deposit pigment into the dermis layer of the skin with slicing, feathering strokes. The pigment is implanted in the basal membrane, which divides the epidermis layer from the dermis. This creates very crisp, fine hair strokes that don’t blur after healing like you would experience with a traditional permanent makeup machine.

Does it hurt?

Microblading is designed to be a gentle procedure with minimal discomfort. The degree of discomfort will depend on several factors, such as if you opt for additional aesthetics, the location of the treatment, and your pain threshold. At the start of the treatment, you will feel a scratching feeling as we shape your brow based on your facial symmetry. A numbing gel is then applied onto your eyebrow skin. Once it has absorbed, after a few seconds, you will feel very little sensation.
